**We Feel It**

Ever ask about how you feel? Really, truly feel? It's easy to get caught up in the hustle of daily life.
So, how do we feel? Well, my brain sends a signal to my body, which responds by releasing creativity. Feeling of physical sensations like a racing heart, sweaty palms.
My feeling is deeply rooted in my thoughts, memories, and experiences. When I'm triggered by something, my brain goes back to past experiences to help make sense of what's happening. This is why I may feel a strong emotional response to certain music or a familiar smell.
I take time to notice how I'm feeling. My thoughts, my process and my drive. I meditate on my awareness in the present moment. And I label my feelings which helps my process and understanding. I express myself through my writing, or talking to positive energy people.
Feelings are a powerful part of being human. They're what make us feel alive, connected, and fulfilled. I can live a more real, meaningful life. So, all I'm saying is take a moment to stop and feel it – whatever it is that you're feeling right about now. 👉🏾👈🏾
