FALL RISK OF OUR DAILY LIFE

In everyday living, fall risk can influence many things we do— from walking down the stairs, reaching for stuff, to walking on uneven grounds. Just the fear itself of falling can lead to falls, which in our mind increases the risk. Learning the fall risk has strengthen my muscles and balance. Keeping my mind clear, staying active to writing, and regular vision check-ups is how I do. Being mindful of my good lighting can also make a difference of not falling flat on my face in life. 💪🏾
