Sounds crazy but my training consists of it, one that requires careful balance, focus and risk. As an author, my creative process can often feel like walking on slippery ice, being unsure of where to take my next writing process.

Just like walking on ice, the ice beneath my feet can crack and shift, so too can my creativity, as I strive to reach new levels in my writing.

Ice is a frozen landscape and provides me a sense of focus, allows my mind to wander. Something about snow beneath my feet and ice hanging from tree branches, brings out new ideas for me, especially the frost patterns – all of these sparks new thoughts.

I often have trouble finding inspiration in my writing, so I take to walking on ice, finding it to be a risk worth taking. 👉🏾👈🏾
