Notification sounds, always scrolling, and the constant phone vibration, you ever considered unplugging? I took a digital detox, a complete break from all that and it helped out.
At first, it was a strange emptiness, but as the hours passed, something weird happened. I started to notice the world around me more distant. The sounds were sharper, the birds chirped clearer and the outside was brighter.
I must say, without the distraction of screens, my mind was quiet. I found myself more present in conversations, more focused on my work, and more creative than ever before. The anxiety that I often felt about always being on social media, began to melt away.
Sometimes, the greatest adventures are the ones you have with yourself, in the quiet times of your own mind. Try taking your own digital detox for couple hours. You might be surprised at what you discover.
