Glorifying busyness, we overlook the power of thinking. It's an everyday job, but that's my backbone of being creative, problem-solving and being my own. My job isn’t about clocking in and out; it’s about being in too deep within my intellectual process that requires focus and of course discipline.

Thinking is not just a passive thing; it's more of an active activity. Spending times brainstorming solutions, trendsetting, and coming up with strategies. Thinking requires my mind to avoid overthinking and also, for my body —just like being an athlete, not to over train. I practice thinking, to become stronger for my mentals.

Thinking is an art that requires a clear environment for the mental. My workspace has no, none and zero tolerance for distractions. I let in natural light, sit on my comfortable coach, check out artwork on my walls, smell of my nice plants in my livingroom, injest good herb medicine and sip on some fine wine to set my tone for my thought session. This space encourages me to explore my avenues in my mind. This is how I'm able to write this. ✌🏾
