Life throws all kinds of shit at us—mistakes, and moments we wish we could forget. It’s natural to feel this way, but it's all on how we respond. That’s where “Don’t dwell on that shit” comes into play.

Dwelling on negative only amps it up. It puts fuel on stress, and only drains your energy. Instead of contemplating over what went wrong, try to stay focus. Life is too short to be weighed down by past mistakes or regrets.

Let us practice feeding our minds with just all good, cause bad is too easy and self-compassion helps the process go smooth. Remember, everyone messes up—what matters is how you move forward. Forgive yourself, learn the lesson, and choose to invest your energy in growth rather than regrets.

You need to catch yourself over them mistakes or bad days, and remind yourself: don’t dwell on that shit. Release it, and make space for positivity and progress. "Holler at your Boi"✌🏾
