Boredom actually benefits me by allowing to ask myself questions such as, "Why am I doing this, allowing myself to be bored?" And also grants me a great opportunity to address my task on my "to do" list. I'm a person that is so used to doing things every second that I struggle to find moments to relax. After a while I have learned to appreciate it.
You may experience some anxiety at first, but try to relax and mentally calm down, maybe by taking a moment to look out of the window and gather your thoughts. If you think about it, most of our anxiety stems from our busy minds always needing something to focus on. We seem to fear not having something to do, even if it's just for a minute. The benefit of doing nothing is that it helps me clear my mind and relax. Consider it as giving my body and mind a much-needed break. This helps keep my mind sharp, focused, and creative. So, allow yourself to be bored for some time. This will be good for you👍🏾
